Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking a Global Reliability and Maintenance Advisor to ensure facilities and machinery operate efficiently, applying preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. You will consult with multiple departments to address their needs and drive continuous improvement across the asset base.

The role requires a Masters/PhD in engineering and at least 15 years of leadership experience in maintenance, with CMMS proficiency and a strong focus on safety and reliability

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance management or related fields.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Experience with CMMS and other maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Optimize performance and longevity of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, coordinating with technical staff as needed.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with regulations and safety standards.
• Document and report maintenance activities, schedules, and repairs.
