Job summary

SBM Offshore seeks a Global Reliability and Maintenance Advisor to ensure facilities and equipment operate efficiently, providing expert advice on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies across departments.

You will lead maintenance programs, diagnose issues, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain detailed records. A Master’s or PhD in Engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience, including CMMS proficiency, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance management or related expert field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Experience with CMMS and other maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Optimize performance and longevity of facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, coordinating with technical staff.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and schedules; prepare management reports.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure skills and knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and adopt best practices.
