Job summary

SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking a Global Rotating Equipment Lead to ensure reliability, availability and efficiency of rotating equipment across operations.

You will define monitoring, design improvements and maintenance scopes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires 6+ years in rotating equipment management in Oil & Gas, leadership experience, and familiarity with SAP/asset management systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in maintenance/management of rotating equipment in Oil & Gas.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating across disciplines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and SAP/asset management.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of rotating equipment design and operation to improve safety, reliability and uptime.
• Governance processes, tools and strategies to drive performance.
• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Contribute to maintenance programs and schedules for rotating equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and other departments to optimize performance and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
