Job summary

HSBC Netherlands is seeking a Relationship Manager to support Global Relationship Managers and grow the corporate client portfolio. You will assist in prospecting, cross-selling opportunities, and coordinating with product, credit, legal, and operations teams to execute deals.

You will ensure compliance with Know Your Client requirements and maintain accurate client data across systems, while coaching junior colleagues in credit structuring and client communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance and Economics or related field.
• Experience with modeling and financial analysis.
• Proven work experience in an international commercial setting.
• Fluency in English; Dutch would be an added benefit.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Relationship Managers with all operational and commercial activities.
• Assist with prospecting new clients and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during due diligence and deal execution.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and Know Your Client data are up to date.
• Participate in client calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach and train junior team members in credit structuring and client communication.
• Maintain contact with HSBC's international network for prompt responses to client queries.
