Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in refrigeration engineering.
• 3-7 years experience in engineering and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems.
• 3-7 years experience in industrial controls.
• Strong background in NH3 industrial applications and controls.
• Professional communication skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the control infrastructure of the existing refrigeration systems globally.
• Design and maintain the monitoring system of the existing refrigeration systems globally.
• Manage the software including updates of all sites.
• Standardize controls for optimal settings and for easy data retrieval.
• Standardize network infrastructure to be compliant with NewCold standards and with suppliers while NewCold staff can still log in.
• Monitor sites on a daily basis to keep refrigeration running optimally and fault finding (through the Control room at Breda headquarters).
• Keeping refrigeration software up to date (this is currently not done by NewCold).
