Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Director, Quality & Compliance based in the Netherlands to shape global quality and compliance strategy for clinical research services. You will guide quality management, regulatory readiness, and enterprise risk while leading high-performing, client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance, Clinical Research, or related field.
• At least seven years of leadership experience managing global teams.
• Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, EMA guidance, MHRA requirements, PMDA expectations, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EVP, Global Quality to develop and execute the global quality and compliance strategy.
• Provide leadership for quality management across clinical research services with regulatory alignment.
• Lead quality transformation and maturity initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and client confidence.
• Oversee regulatory inspections, sponsor audits, and client assessments with strategic guidance.
• Chair quality review forums and drive CAPA effectiveness and remediation activities.
• Provide executive oversight for governance of Quality Management System processes.
• Advise senior leadership on quality, compliance, inspection readiness, and regulatory risk.
