Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Quality and Compliance Manager (EMEA Sub-Regional lead) to ensure cGxP and ISO 9001 compliance across client sites in Belgium and the Netherlands. The role reports to the Regional Account Quality and Compliance Lead and requires strong leadership within a GMP/regulatory context.

Primarily based near Leiden, NL with travel across EMEA; responsibilities include training, audits, and quality program delivery for a multi-site account.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in life science, engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality and/or compliance in engineering, facilities management, production, operations or equivalent.
• Prior GMP experience in pharmaceutical/biotech preferred.
• Experience leading investigations, change control, RCAs and CAPAs in a regulated environment.
• Experience in supplier management in GxP environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO 9001 QMS and cGxP compliance across the account.
• Maintain Quality Management Plan and related documentation.
• Serve as SME for quality within the sub-region.
• Coordinate and maintain Quality Agreements and supplier quality.
• Lead investigations, CAPAs, RCAs and deviations as needed.
• Interface with client FM teams and JLL quality functions; report KPIs.
• Travel to various EMEA site locations as required.
