Qualifications

• 15+ years of quality leadership experience in bioprocessing or regulated manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership responsibilities for Quality Assurance and Compliance.
• Strong experience leading customer audits and interactions with regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of quality strategy across Repligen's Chromatography network.
• Drive development and improvement of quality systems and procedures.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics based on data-driven insights.
