Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager (EMEA Sub-Regional lead) to oversee quality across client sites in Belgium and the Netherlands, with emphasis on cGxP. You will ensure activities align with ISO 9001:2015, client procedures, and quality agreements.

Based near Leiden with regular travel, you will mentor teams, manage audits, CAPAs, and supplier quality, collaborating with regional and client quality functions to sustain service quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in life science, engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in quality/compliance in engineering, facilities, production, or related fields.
• Experience in GMP environments, preferably pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading investigations, CAPAs and RCAs in regulated settings.
• Supplier management in GxP environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO 9001 QMS and cGxP requirements on the account.
• Maintain Quality Management Plan and related documentation.
• Act as quality SME for the sub-region and interface with client teams.
• Oversee Quality Agreements and training compliance across sites.
• Lead quality investigations, change controls, RCAs and CAPAs.
• Coordinate supplier qualification, ASL maintenance and vendor reviews.
• Report regional KPIs and support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Mentor and train account team on quality and compliance.
