Job summary

Abbott in the Netherlands is seeking a QA Manager TPM to oversee external manufacturing quality across an international TPM portfolio in the EMEA region. You will drive remediation plans, monitor supplier quality, and lead investigations, CAPAs, and change controls to ensure GMP compliance.

The role involves collaboration with Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams, and leadership in technology transfers, validation, and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Operations, Technical Support, or Pharmaceutical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing, including sterile, liquid, solid dosage forms, or APIs.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Leadership experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality across external TPMs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and remediation plans.
• Monitor quality performance, reviews, and supplier compliance.
• Lead investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments.
• Support GMP audits, regulatory inspections, and quality activities.
• Review Quality Technical Agreements and ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Science & Technology, and Commercial teams.
• Lead QA during technology transfers, validation activities, and new product introductions.
