Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in the Netherlands (Weesp) is seeking an experienced quality auditor to plan, conduct and close on-site audits of suppliers and third‑party manufacturers supporting EPD. You will manage quality questionnaires, track CAPAs, and ensure documentation in the Audit Tracking system, while staying aligned with ICH, GMP, and WHO guidelines.

Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory environments with 3+ years auditing.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GMP, WHO guidance and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct on-site audits for suppliers and third-party manufacturers.
• Manage Quality Questionnaires and resolve identified issues.
• Track CAPAs and ensure timely closure with effective actions.
• Document audit activities in the Audit Tracking system.
• Provide audit updates to management and escalate critical findings.
• Monitor regulatory developments and integrate them into audits.
• Support sites in resolving supplier-related quality issues.
• Serve as primary quality contact for external partners on auditing.
