Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Clinical Project Managers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development.
• Oversee portfolio performance, capacity planning, risk management, and SOP adoption across global teams.
• Partner with Quality Assurance on CAPA, audits, and inspection readiness.
• Ensure accurate milestones, baselines, and financial forecasts across enterprise systems.
• Foster a high-performing culture with accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
