Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading change and delivering results.
• Experience in transferring competence and delivery capability; ability to build structured development models.
• Ability to lead senior experts and managers with integrity and accountability.
• Good understanding of resource planning, delivery risk, capacity, travel costs and use of different competence levels.
• Strategic thinking with potential for wider FS Propulsion footprint network.
• Experience in international marine lifecycle services and propulsion field services.
• Experience in building teams and capability hubs.
• Commercial understanding in a matrix organization.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Propulsion Service Engineers team.
• Manage assigned service delivery activities and resource requirements.
• Support competence development through coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training.
• Promote strong preparation, quality and a 'first time right' approach.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure processes and tools are followed in line with QA, HSE requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support planning and service delivery.
• Build a high-performing team based on trust, collaboration and accountability.
• Contribute to action plans and ensure business objectives and targets are achieved.
• Promote Operational Excellence and an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure team members receive initial instructions and information to complete tasks.
