Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) in the Netherlands seeks an Associate Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of assigned projects to meet and exceed customer expectations. You will understand global programmatic approaches and help build project structures with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role involves managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders while fostering collaboration and alignment with our core values in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and track project timelines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• PM professional certification (PMP) preferred.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPoC for a project and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Document and manage project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, actions, changes, and decisions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Build high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Interact with program customers and vendors as needed.
• Conduct business in line with World Wide Technology core values.
• Identify, evaluate and manage project leads.
• Compile and present data to executives and management.

World Wide Technology EMEA has an opportunity available for a Associate Project Manager position.

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the coordination of all aspects of assigned projects to meet and exceed customer expectations. Understands the programmatic approach (including global) and possesses the ability to build program structure. Incorporates lessons learned into continuous process improvement actions either within supply chain or elsewhere in the business.

Role responsibilities & duties

• Acts as Single-Point-of Contact (SPoC) for a project and be accountable for optimal customer satisfaction.
• Documents and manages project scope, goals, timelines/milestones, budgets, and specific deliverables while keeping project teams highly engaged, motivated, and accountable.
• Identifies and manages project risks, issues, action items, change requests and decisions including mitigation approaches and contingency plans.
• Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develops a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Builds high performing cross-functional teams.
• Interacts with Program customers and vendors if needed.
• Conducts all business in a manner that is consistent with World Wide Technology Core Values.
• Identifies, evaluates and manages project team leads.
• Compiles and presents relative data points to executive stakeholders and management.
• Manages financials, metrics, service level agreements and key performance indicators.

Role requirements

• A minimum BSc degree in relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and track the project timelines.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Strong MS office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc).
• Strong administrative skills.
• Must have strong presentation and relationship building skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.
• Strong command of English language.
