Job summary

PUM is seeking a Programme Manager for Field Crops and Beekeeping to lead the food programme and translate client requests into clear project proposals. You will build a strong community of experts, engage with in-country managers, and secure funding opportunities to deliver sustainable impact.

You’ll monitor trends, ensure alignment with organisational goals, and act as an ambassador for diversity while coordinating comprehensive programme planning and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in field crops and/or beekeeping.
• Strong agribusiness network in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Assess project requests and align with expert skills.
• Translate client requests into actionable project proposals.
• Develop programme plans with clear propositions and seek funding opportunities.
• Coordinate partnerships and mapping of strategic opportunities.
• Ensure projects are delivered with lasting impact and compliant with policies.
