Delphy, a leading Dutch knowledge company in plant sector entrepreneurship, seeks a Project Manager Arable Farming / Open Cultivation Southwest Netherlands to lead practical innovation projects from idea to implementation. You will assemble and guide expert teams, engage partners, and secure funding across regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• University or higher education in arable farming or horticulture.
• Experience with project management and acquisition.
• Good command of English and Dutch (spoken and written).
• Driving licence B.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in market and society; develop project proposals.
• Lead projects from idea to implementation and manage teams.
• Seek partners and funding; ensure administration and reporting.
• Coordinate with growers, advisors, researchers and government bodies to deliver value.
