Lever, Inc. seeks a Product Specialist (PIX4Dcatch) in the Netherlands to act as the voice of the customer within the product team and to support adoption for enterprise clients.

You will troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and coordinate beta testing, while collaborating with developers, UX designers, and commercial teams to shape product improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline focused on geospatial tech, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in B2B SaaS, e.g., Associate PM, Technical Support, or Customer Success.
• Excellent English communication (C2) and ability to explain complex tech clearly.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, HubSpot and Mixpanel.
• Interest in GIS, RTK GNSS, geospatial data capture, or mobile app product development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product expert for the PIX4Dcatch app, investigating and resolving issues for enterprise customers.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to product teams and developers.
• Coordinate beta-testing with key B2B customers and collect early feedback.
• Prepare customer communications, webinars, and docs to facilitate releases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Support to explain features.
• Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to inform decisions.
• Research market trends and competitor offerings to guide development.
• Coordinate development of clearly defined, lower-complexity features with engineering.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and internal knowledge materials.
