Job summary

PVH Corp. in Amsterdam is seeking a Merchandise Planner to steer financial and inventory plans across Full Price, Outlet, and eCommerce channels.

You will collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Retail teams to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time while optimizing sales, margins, and profitability. The role requires 3–5+ years of planning experience, a background in fashion or consumer goods, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, Branch Planning, or similar roles.
• Background in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience with demand forecasting and omni-channel planning.
• Knowledge of planning systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop merchandise financial and inventory plans.
• Manage forecasting, buying budgets, and Open-to-Buy (WSSI).
• Optimize allocation, replenishment, promotions, and markdown strategies.
• Analyze performance and identify commercial opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and margin targets.
