Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Nijmegen is seeking a Product Data Specification Manager to lead the creation and governance of material, packaging, and product specifications across our international portfolio.

You will partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations and Commercialization to ensure accurate, compliant data and timely commercialization. The role drives process improvements, KPI management, training, and system enhancements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global teams in specifications, product data, or quality systems.
• Familiarity with specification systems, digital platforms, and data governance.
• Knowledge of GS1 standards and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Specification Governance and Operational Excellence across the global organization.
• Oversee governance, creation, and continuous improvement of R&D product specifications.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations and Commercialization teams.
• Drive KPI development, training, system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support regulatory, ESG and compliance data changes aligned with global standards.
