Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager of Management Reporting & Data Foundation to lead the global standardization of reporting definitions, KPI frameworks, and governance across FP&A, zones, and business units.

You will own the global management reporting framework, drive adoption of policies, and ensure data integrity through collaboration with Data Management Office, IT, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance-Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years in finance, FP&A, management reporting, or governance.
• Experience in multinational CPG or complex global organizations preferred.
• Strong background in global management reporting, KPI framework design, and financial data governance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and standardization across global or matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing and enforcing reporting policies, standards, and controls at global level.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics/ reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise finance platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global finance and leadership.
• Process design, standardization, and change management in complex global environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the global management reporting framework, including definitions, standards, methodologies, and reporting cadences.
• Define, maintain, and publish the global library of standardized financial KPIs, metrics, and reporting definitions used across all zones and functions.
• Lead the design and governance of global reporting templates, packages, and dashboards to ensure consistency.
• Drive alignment of reporting structures and KPI definitions across Global FP&A, zones, and business units.
• Develop, publish, and maintain global reporting policies, standards, and controls.
• Establish global reporting cadences and operating rhythms aligned to planning calendars.
• Define and enforce ownership models for global financial data elements and master data.
• Monitor compliance with global standards and drive remediation where gaps exist.
• Serve as primary contact for Global FP&A and Global Functional leads on reporting standards.
• Drive adoption and operationalization of global standards across zones and functions.
• Develop and maintain training materials to support policy enforcement.
