Job summary

Surexport, a company with over 30 years in producing and selling fresh berries, seeks an organized planning assistant to support sales administration in the Netherlands. You will help with planning, stock reviews, order coordination and daily scheduling across production and logistics.

The role requires English C1, Dutch B1-B2, strong Excel/Word, and SAP knowledge is a plus. Experience in logistics or the produce sector is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Business Admin, sales, or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level mandatory; Dutch level B1-B2; Spanish B1-B2 desirable.
• Experience in administrative, analytical, back-office, sales or planning roles.
• Experience in fresh produce sector or logistics coordination is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; SAP knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review stock levels and adjust harvests.
• Communicate with warehouses to confirm orders.
• Reassess farm orders based on harvest forecast.
• Update orders and schedules daily.
• Coordinate with logistics to share order information.
• Request production forecasts.
• Plan harvests and inform logistics.
• Adjust harvest plans as farms finish harvesting.
• Coordinate labeling and materials needs with relevant departments.
• Record data in the database.
• Check loads from partner farms and direct purchases and adjust orders.
• Confirm loads and replan if the plan diverges.
• Resolve warehouse/logistics issues until handling is complete.
