Job summary

Stoneridge, a global leader in advanced vehicle technologies, is seeking a Procurement Product Line Manager. You will drive product lifecycle management for procurement projects, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and coordinate with Product Line, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure successful launches.

In this role, you will develop procurement roadmaps, manage supplier relationships, and track program status across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in new product launches, material cost reduction, supplier negotiations, and supplier development.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional program launches and procurement activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and tools (IATF 16949) is advantageous.
• Experience in a global organization and collaboration with international stakeholders is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement program launches and product lifecycle management for new products.
• Develop and drive procurement project plans for cost reductions and supplier engagements.
• Monitor sourcing decisions, supplier agreements, and ensure contract implementation.”
• Act as liaison between Procurement, Product Line Management, and Project Management teams.
• Track, report, and presents program status and procurement performance at reviews.
• Develop procurement roadmaps, commodity strategies, and VA/VE projects to support growth.
