Job summary

DeepHealth seeks a Data Privacy Compliance Specialist to support global privacy programs, including GDPR and HIPAA. You will collaborate across the organization to ensure personal data is collected, processed, and stored in line with applicable laws and DeepHealth requirements.

Reporting to the Privacy Compliance Lead, you will implement privacy by design, assist with DPAs and transfer impact assessments, monitor regulatory changes, and help maintain audit-readiness while protecting data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a regulated industry.
• Experience supporting privacy assessments, DPAs, or Privacy by Design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support data privacy efforts and ensure compliance with local, national and global laws.
• Assist Privacy by Design programs for product development and AI use cases.
• Collaborate on DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments with Vendor Management.
• Research country-specific privacy frameworks to support compliance and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement privacy controls and measures.
• Monitor data collection, processing, and storage for compliance.
• Participate in investigations and impact assessments with privacy implications.
• Serve as backup contact for data protection authorities and data subjects.
• Maintain privacy documentation and support audit readiness.
