Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Data Privacy Compliance Specialist to support global privacy programs, including GDPR and HIPAA. You will report to the Privacy Lead and collaborate across product, security, and vendor teams to ensure data handling meets regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes Privacy by Design, DPAs, transfer assessments, and ongoing monitoring of data flows. Remote-friendly EU role with up to 10% travel for audits and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and HIPAA.
• Experience supporting privacy assessments, DPAs, or Privacy by Design activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support privacy programs and ensure compliance with local, national, and global privacy laws.
• Assist Privacy by Design across product development and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management on DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments.
• Research country-specific privacy frameworks to support compliance and business opportunities.
• Implement technical and organizational measures to support data privacy.
• Monitor data collection, processing, and storage for compliance.
• Participate in investigations and impact assessments related to privacy events.
• Serve as backup contact for data protection authorities and data subjects.
• Collaborate to improve privacy processes within risk frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA.
• Maintain documentation and support audits and regulatory readiness.
