Job summary

Webnode AG is seeking a Senior PPC Specialist, based in Brno or nearby, to own global paid acquisition. You will manage a €3M+ annual paid media budget and drive growth beyond simple CPC optimization.

Embed in the team.blue Marketing Centre of Excellence, collaborating with Brand, CRO, Analytics, and Product teams to build a scalable paid growth engine and harness AI-driven testing across markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PPC mastery with Google Ads and Paid Social, Microsoft Ads, etc.
• Experience managing multi-market accounts in SaaS or freemium models.
• Commercial mindset: focus on business impact beyond CPC.

Responsibilities

• Own & scale paid channels across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and more.
• Link ad performance to CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue impact.
• Tailor strategies for international markets based on brand awareness and demand.
• Build a testing roadmap with Brand, CRO, Analytics, and Product teams.
• Leverage AI & automation to speed up testing workflows.
