Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to rebuild and professionalize its portfolio management across a global innovation organization. You will lead governance, analytics, and reporting to influence executive decisions and ensure the right products and services are developed to support growth.

We are looking for a collaborative leader with strong stakeholder management, data storytelling, and hands-on reporting experience, capable of working across multiple regions and divisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of portfolio management, innovation management or product development experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and professionalize portfolio framework, governance, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support portfolio decisions and performance reviews.
• Partner with product/innovation leaders to align portfolio with growth strategy.
