Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the WEMEA Services Support Team in Amsterdam. You will support PMO and Resource Management to enable efficient service delivery across the region and ensure governance, data integrity, and timely reporting.

The role offers exposure to project operations and workforce planning within a dynamic, regional environment, with a potential evolution of reporting lines over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or PMO administration.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Proficiency with planning, reporting, financial tracking, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO onboarding and administration, maintain governance records and project data.
• Coordinate PMO governance activities and prepare status updates.
• Monitor invoices, billing status, sales orders, and project mobilisation activities.
• Manage shared project mailboxes and route actions to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and trackers to improve PMO processes and data quality.
• Maintain visibility of resource capacity and workforce changes across the region.
• Support resource forecasting, demand planning, and allocations with delivery leads.
