Job summary

OpenUp is seeking a Project Manager to own the on-site PMO offering from strategy to execution. You will drive the 3-6 month plan, collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Medical teams, and lead client engagements at sites across Europe.

The role is based in Amsterdam with required in-office days and English/Dutch language use. You will manage commercial go-to-market efforts, shape the service with feedback, and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working experience in a fast-moving environment (e.g., scale-up, consultancy).
• Able to deal with ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Highly structured: plan ahead, maintain priorities across multiple clients and projects, flag blockers early.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; collaborate with clients and diverse teams.
• Proactive ownership from start to finish; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Business-level Dutch & English; German a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the 3-6 month strategy: set targets, monitor progress, adjust as needed.
• Drive commercial growth: lead marketing and sales efforts, coach Commercial teams.
• Lead end-to-end execution of on-site PMOs, including planning, logistics, communications, and reporting.
• Shape offerings by translating client feedback into product and process improvements with the Product team.
• Develop scalable PMO playbooks and collaborate with Recruitment to grow medical experts.
