Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with senior business partnering in international env.
• Experience leading teams and translating strategy into priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of People Business Partners, Operations Specialists, and Generalists.
• Set direction for the BP function and how the team enables the business.
• Act as sparring partner; be sole contact for People & Organization matters.
• Shape and drive People strategies across a global workforce.
• Build organizational health and ensure structure to achieve objectives.
• Coach managers on performance management and development goals.
• Lead employee relations, org development, and talent matters.
