Job summary

The Ocean Cleanup in Rotterdam, NL, seeks an experienced P&O Manager to lead our People Operations and Business Partnering team, shaping the people strategy and partnering with leaders across the organization.

You will set goals, coach team members, manage performance reviews, and ensure effective cross-functional communication while upholding our commitment to inclusion and payroll excellence. This is a full-time role starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, business, or org psychology.
• 10+ years HR experience with senior business partnering.
• Experience leading a team and developing people.
• Knowledge of Dutch labour law.
• HR systems familiarity and data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the P&O team and drive people strategy.
• Coach and develop team members; manage performance reviews.
• Ensure cross-functional communication and accountability.
• Oversee payroll and provide KPI/OKR reporting.
