Job summary

APM Terminals seeks a Senior People Business Partner for Business Implementation to lead global HR due diligence, integration plans, and workforce design for major terminal development and acquisitions.

You will partner with Finance and Operations, drive talent strategies across integrated entities, and shape global standards, with travel to terminals (approximately 30-40%). The role demands transformation expertise, data-driven decisions, and strong leadership in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation programs in HR, with a track record of organizational design and HR business partnering.
• Experience in M&A, integrations, or large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and build rapport across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR due diligence for investment cases globally, ensuring People considerations are embedded in proposals.
• Develop and implement HR integration plans covering organizational design and workforce planning.
• Shape organizational structures, role designs, and resource plans aligned with business goals.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on headcount projections and cost modelling.
• Drive talent retention and leadership development during growth phases.
• Support post-merger integrations and enable People tools, processes and standards.
