Job summary

iiPay is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our global payroll services team. You will work with international clients to design and deliver payroll implementations, ensuring accurate data, timely delivery and seamless go-live transitions.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, coordinate with local payroll partners and maintain high standards of service in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing payroll or human capital management solutions.
• Ability to coordinate data across multiple countries and vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a global setting.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time with client satisfaction.
• Experience in regulated service delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Project setup with clients and local payroll partners, creating project plans.
• Coordinate client reviews and manage scope and delivery timelines.
• Define and configure payroll processes and data needs.
• Manage local registrations with payroll partners.
• Define payment/banking processes and system interfaces.
• Set up parallel payroll and ensure smooth go-live transition.
• Obtain client sign-off and document requirements.
