Job summary

ADP GlobalView is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive client payroll projects from blueprint to go-live in Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands. You will align with Client Product Owners, design and validate client requirements, and guide testing and data conversion activities to ensure successful deployments.

This role includes mentoring teammates, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with Product Managers to shape payroll templates and future directions. Travel of 10–25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical understanding of payroll engines and payroll processing systems.
• Extensive local payroll and functional expertise in one or more countries with knowledge of local regulations.
• Experience configuring and consulting on payroll solutions across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead client solution implementation using ADP’s Implementation Methodology and payroll engine technologies.
• Facilitate blueprinting workshops to gather detailed client requirements.
• Design and document client solutions including business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with clients during data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases.
• Support clients through User Acceptance Testing, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
• Identify and resolve gaps between client requirements and ADP payroll templates.
• Conduct Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and configurations.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance skills.
