Zusammenfassung

ACAPS is seeking a Strategic Partnerships and Grants Manager to strengthen institutional donor relations, identify new funding partners and craft compelling proposals. You will oversee due diligence, lead negotiations with donors and partners, and drive programme development from concept to contract.

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer, line-manage the Grants Coordinator in Kenya, and collaborate with the CEO and Senior Management Team to secure flexible funding for ACAPS’ mandate.

Qualifikationen

• Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 9+ years’ experience in international humanitarian sector or development organisation.
• Senior-level experience in fundraising, partnerships, proposal development or grants management at global level.
• Experience managing grants and service contracts with European donors is essential.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute fundraising strategy as part of the CEO-led fundraising group.
• Serve as primary contact for new partnership enquiries and grow donor base.
• Coordinate programme development from concept to contract, including budgets and logframes.
• Lead and negotiate with partner organisations and donors on project amendments and due diligence.
• Provide strategic direction on funding opportunities to global teams and hubs.
• Line-manage the Grants Coordinator and ensure donor reporting and compliance.
• Establish and improve grant management processes and guidance across ACAPS.
