Job summary

At Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, the Senior Packaging Technical Project Lead will own complex packaging projects across Europe, Africa and the Caribbean, driving innovation, renovation, and sustainability while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across R&D, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations, managing multiple projects without direct reports by influencing through expertise and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, food science, technology, packaging or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in packaging, R&D, engineering, quality, process, supplier management or QEHS in FMCG/beverages.
• Experience with PET, glass or metal packaging; broad experience across all three is valuable.
• Strong project-management experience handling multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging projects across innovation, renovation, sustainability and manufacturing transfers.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support successful product launches.
• Work with external bottlers, contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, machine vendors and labs.
• Contribute packaging expertise across PET, glass and metal packaging and apply quality-first problem solving.
• Lead validation and risk-matrix activities for line transfers and significant changes.
