Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited seeks a Senior Packaging Technical Project Lead to own complex packaging programs across Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. The role blends technical credibility with leadership, coordinating R&D, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations while engaging external bottlers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, food science, technology or packaging or related field.
• Experience in packaging, R&D, engineering, quality, process, supplier management or QEHS in FMCG.
• Experience with PET, glass or metal packaging and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong project-management experience with multiple complex projects.
• Quality-first mindset with root cause analysis and risk management.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging projects across innovation, renovation, sustainability and manufacturing transfers.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations.
• Work with external bottlers, contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers and labs.
• Provide technical packaging expertise across PET, glass and metal packaging.
• Apply structured problem-solving and risk assessment to identify sustainable solutions.
• Lead validation and risk-matrix activities for production-line changes.
