Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related engineering or packaging field.
• At least five years of experience in packaging planning or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of packaging design, materials, and cost evaluation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with cross-functional project leadership and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall strategy and manage the full lifecycle of packaging and logistics equipment and tools.
• Lead packaging standardization, lightweighting, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with logistics operations to identify issues and drive implementation.
• Coordinate with Procurement on evaluations and cost-reduction initiatives for packaging materials, logistics equipment, and tools.
• Monitor emerging materials, technologies, and equipment; organize pilot testing and broader implementation.
