Metrolf seeks a hands-on right-hand to the COO. A compact team of eight drives a globally demanded product with private labels for major international players.

You’ll coordinate production planning across Asia and Eastern Europe, manage quality and regulatory compliance, handle purchasing, and optimize inventory on the shop floor. You’ll work on ERP enhancements (Exact Globe) and remain deeply involved in daily operations, logistics, and international trade—often traveling to factories as

Formación

• > HBO level education or equivalent
• > Experience in supply chain, logistics or international operations
• > Strong communication in Dutch and English
• > Willingness to work hands-on on the shop floor
• > Affinity with international trade and compliance

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate production planning for three factory sites in Asia and one in Eastern Europe (~150 products)
• Oversee quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance for an FDA-regulated product with QR coding
• Procure materials and coordinate with multiple suppliers
• Manage inventory positions and provide better ordering advice to factories
• Prepare shipping/export documents and arrange transports
• Support order picking on the shop floor; stay involved in daily operations
• Contribute to ERP development (Exact Globe and potential system upgrade)
• Demonstrate willingness to travel to factories as needed
