Job summary

Forte Renewables is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee front-to-back project delivery across Europe and beyond. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, monitor resources and budgets, and work with senior leadership to ensure high standards of delivery and risk management.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will profile workloads, support bid and mobilisation phases, implement process improvements, and help Forte grow its international operations with a practical,

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, electrical preferred.
• Significant experience in operations management or project delivery leadership.
• Experience in renewable energy, consultancy, EPC, or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of bidding, resource planning and project economics.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across countries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational bridge between MD, CTO and senior managers.
• Coordinate across Europe, Latin America and Australia.
• Monitor workload, resource availability and risks.
• Support resource allocation across departments and regions.
• Provide temporary PM support during peak demand.
• Ensure reporting, quality standards and alignment across teams.
• Support budgeting, profitability tracking and operational reporting.
