Job summary

MatchWornShirt is seeking an Operations Intern to manage the lifecycle of auction items, from inbound shirt flow to authentication, photography, framing, and worldwide shipping. You will work in our new facility and directly influence key supply chain processes with a hands-on, proactive approach.

The role requires an HBO in Operations/Logistics or related field, a willingness to work full-time (40h/wk) for 5–6 months starting in February, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate with an HBO degree in Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• Availability for a full-time (40 hours per week), 5–6 month internship starting February.
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with high attention to detail and goal orientation.
• EU passport holder or currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: optimize inbound shirt flow and coordinate global outbound shipping.
• Auction & Product Operations: photography, authentication, and framing for high-quality standards.
• Warehouse Optimization: support logistics and cross-department workflow improvements.
• Courier & Service Management: liaise with international couriers and manage inventory movement.
