Job summary

MWS is seeking a Shirt & Operations Specialist in Zaandam to oversee inbound shirt flows, photography, authentication and fulfillment orchestration. You will ensure high-quality standards and global shipping, while supporting logistics and continuous process improvements in our new Zaandam facility.

You’ll work in an informal, sporty environment with opportunities to take initiative. Applicants must be eligible to work in the Netherlands and speak English; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus.
• A hands-on doer with a proactive, goal-oriented and 'can-do' mentality who takes true ownership.
• Highly detail-oriented and precise when handling valuable, one-of-a-kind memorabilia.
• Possession of a valid Driver's license.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Fully eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU passport or valid Dutch work permit).

Responsibilities

• Inbound Processing: Processing inbound shirt flows efficiently from clubs and partner teams.
• Product Photography: Conducting product photography to showcase items at our high visual standard.
• Authentication: Handling the precise authentication process for unique match-worn items.
• Framing Fulfillment: Preparing and framing shirts to our exact high-quality standards.
• Global Shipping: Shipping outbound shirt and frame orders securely to fans worldwide.
• Logistics & Operations: Supporting internal logistics, warehouse operations and continuous process improvements.
