Job summary

Philips seeks a Clinical Education Specialist to design, develop, and deliver clinical education solutions for employees, partners, and customers worldwide. You will lead learning programs, create MRI-focused content, and ensure alignment with strategic goals across regions.

The role requires experience in MRI education, strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to support launches and continuous learning initiatives. Office-based in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in Learning Services, Clinical Education, Training Delivery, Curriculum Development or similar.
• 2+ years MRI clinical/education experience in healthcare or medical imaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of learning services and training solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop MRI and Advanced Visualization training content, including instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and materials.
• Deliver programs to global audience across regions/time zones, adapting for diverse learners.
