Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Global Marketing Technology & AI Lead to develop platforms, governance and capabilities for a future-ready Marketing & Communications organisation. You will drive Rabobank.com's and Bynder's evolution, connect them to the broader Marketing Tech landscape, and enable consistent, AI-ready content across regions and domains.

As a senior individual contributor, you will translate strategic marketing requirements into scalable platforms, partner with global and regional teams,

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Marketing Technology, digital product management, digital platforms or marketing transformation.
• Experience modernising digital platforms or simplifying fragmented technology environments.
• Experience leading the adoption of new marketing technologies at scale.
• Experience owning a technology or product roadmap.
• Strong understanding of digital visibility, search engine optimisation and AI-powered discoverability.
• Experience with content management systems, digital asset management platforms or digital experience platforms.
• Strong product management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working across Marketing, Technology, Data and business teams.
• The ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Experience using data and performance insights to drive decision-making and optimisation.
• The confidence to challenge priorities and drive delivery globally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Experience with Bynder or a comparable digital asset management platform is an advantage.
• You must already be living in the Netherlands to apply for this role.

Responsibilities

• Build digital authority by strengthening Rabobank's visibility across search and AI-powered discovery.
• Lead the Marketing Technology roadmap, translating marketing priorities into platforms and capabilities.
