Orbital Eye BV is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function across six pillars, driving international growth. You will shape strategy, brand, demand generation and digital programs, working closely with senior management and sales. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, empowering you to build a high-impact global marketing capability and expand our market leadership.

Qualificações

• Senior experience in international B2B technology, deep tech, industrial or infrastructure marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement growth-driven marketing strategies.
• Experience with long sales cycles and high-value contracts in complex markets.
• Ability to translate technology into clear market propositions.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of the marketing function across six pillars: strategy, branding, demand generation, content, digital, and sales alignment.
• Develop and execute an integrated international marketing strategy aligned with business goals and KPIs.
• Strengthen brand position and corporate communications globally.
• Own digital channels, campaigns, analytics and marketing tech to drive measurable growth.
• Lead and grow a small marketing team, partner with sales and management.
