Job summary

NRF is seeking a Marine Field Service Engineer to support our Marine Aftermarket division. You will travel to customers, vessels and shipyards in the Netherlands and abroad to perform service and maintenance, provide technical advice, and supervise installations.

Remote support and office duties are also part of the role, with training provided for career growth. The position offers hands-on field work, collaboration with partners, and opportunities to advance within the Marine Aftermarket

Qualifications

Completed at least a technical MBO-level education or equivalent knowledge.
Experience in, or strong affinity with, the maritime industry.
Strong technical understanding and ability to identify and solve problems.
Service-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports.

Responsibilities

Visit customers, vessels and shipyards in the Netherlands and internationally to perform service and maintenance on board vessels.
Provide technical advice to customers on board or at shipyards.
Identify, assess and resolve technical issues in coordination with factory and technical teams.
Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support via email and telephone.
