Job summary

Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme in Boxmeer seeks a Manufacturing IT & Automation Project Lead. You will drive IT/automation projects across Boxmeer and De Bilt, develop project management competence, and guide project managers in area teams.

You will work with Business Technology Partners to ensure timely delivery and report to the Site Digital Manufacturing Operations Lead. You will collaborate with IT, Operations, Engineering and Quality, manage PLC/SCADA/MES systems and implement automation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years pharma experience is required.
5+ years in manufacturing IT/automation and project management.
English and Dutch language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive standardization of project management methodologies across teams.
Lead IT/automation project planning, scheduling, execution with milestones and resources.
Provide status updates and manage stakeholders with clear communications.
Coordinate with IT, Operations, Engineering, Quality and external vendors.
Provide technical guidance on PLCs, SCADA, MES, historians, and related IT apps.
Implement automation solutions and integrate with existing systems.
Collaborate with IT divisions and global manufacturing network.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
