Position Overview
We are looking for a Bachelor or Master student interested in Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to join Kraft Heinz as an EHS Manufacturing Intern. The internship will provide comprehensive learning experience in EHS practices, digital tools and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, training and deployment of the EHS Onboarding Process with the Global EHS community.
- Standardise documentation to ensure compliance with the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) and external parties.
- Take a learning journey in business tools such as Microsoft SharePoint Creation and Management from basic to advanced to support the EHS Global SharePoint Integration Project.
- Support the cross‑zone EHS team in analysing EHS events to gain understanding of EHS performances and developing high‑level insights for the EHS Global Community.
- Strengthen governance & controls of the EHS process and routine.

- Excellent communication skills; exposure to senior management.

Qualifications
- Enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
- Upcoming or ongoing master’s or bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or similar.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
- Willingness to learn business tools (e.g., Canva, Tableau/PowerBI, SharePoint).
- Excellent social skills and ability to interact with senior management.
- Proactive, curious and enthusiastic; able to handle resistance.
- Ability to lead multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
- Influencing skills and international business/cultural sensitivity.
- Good English proficiency; other languages an advantage.
- EU working rights required.
Benefits
Program Start Date: June 2026
Duration: 6 months
Allowance: €625 per month (40 hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.
Location: Amsterdam (hybrid position; based in the Netherlands).
