Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in business, engineering, economics, or CS.
• 3–6 years of M&A/strategy consulting experience.
• Strong interest in technology and AI.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in due diligence projects (commercial, operational, IT, technology).
• Contribute to merger integrations across IT, operations, finance, HR, and supply chain.
• Assist carve-outs and divestitures with planning and execution.
• Support joint ventures and alliances by selecting and implementing operating models.
