NewCold is seeking a Solution Support Specialist (Logistics Applications) to provide second-line support for warehouses and users worldwide. You will focus on WMS, MLS and CORAX, with other logistics tools like TMS, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and proactive problem solving.

You will collaborate with global teams, document solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of our logistics software and processes, while growing in a dynamic, knowledge-sharing environment at NewCold.

Competenze

• Must have completed degree (MBO, Bachelor's, or University).
• Experience in logistics, operations or app support is an advantage.
• Affinity for logistics, warehousing and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of WMS, MLS or CORAX is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methods or cross-functional team collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex issues clearly.

Mansioni

• Act as second-line point of contact for warehouses and users worldwide, analyzing incidents and recurring issues.
• Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), MLS and CORAX, plus other logistics applications such as TMS.
• Collaborate daily with users, support team, in-house developers and external partners; coordinate with regions to resolve issues.
• Provide clear, proactive communications about incident progress to stakeholders and end users.
• Document solutions in the knowledge base and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
