Zusammenfassung

NewCold is seeking a Solution Support Specialist (Logistics Applications) to help maintain day‑to‑day operations of our global logistics software. You will work at the intersection of logistics, operations, and software, supporting warehouses worldwide and coordinating with users, developers, and external partners.

You will join an experienced team with a strong focus on knowledge sharing, onboarding new colleagues, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifikationen

Degree in logistics, IT, or a related field.
Experience in logistics, operations, or application support is advantageous.
Affinity for logistics processes, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or willingness to develop this expertise.
Knowledge of Agile ways of working or cross‑functional teamwork experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Aufgaben

Provide second‑line incident and problem management for warehouses and users globally.
Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), MLS, and CORAX, plus other logistics apps like TMS.
Collaborate with key users, support teams, developers and external partners to resolve incidents.
Document solutions and share best practices in the knowledge base.
Contribute to onboarding and continuous improvement of support processes.
